Yes. We are happy to be seeing people in person again. Our office is in downtown Port Coquitlam.

Sessions are $145 for 50 minutes (individual) and $200 for 75 minutes (family/couple). All sessions are subject to 5% GST.

Yes! Our services are covered by some extended healthcare providers. Check to see if your plan covers “Registered Therapeutic Counsellors” to be certain. If you have a health care spending account (HCSA) this can also be used for our services.

We hope to offer direct billing within the next 2-3 months. Please check back for updates.

Each client’s situation is unique and will require a unique treatment approach. Let’s chat about this in person or by phone.

No, counsellors do not provide diagnoses. We can provide information about pursuing a diagnosis if you have concerns.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer someone else your spot. If you are unable to provide 48 hours’ notice a late cancellation fee will apply.

If we are not a good fit, Wiseheart is part of a wide network of counsellors and we can provide you with a referral to another counsellor who might be a better fit.

Yes. Everything you say to us is held in the strictest confidence. There are a few exceptions to this policy that every counsellor must abide by, and we will review them with you in our first session.
